Hunter x Hunter

the remade version of hxh is great, as there's better artwork, and less gruesome compared to the previous one. however, it's really disappointing that the makers breezed through the story too much such that characters are not developed fully and pretty important or interesting scenes are omitted. they could really have struck a better balance in ensuring that the story flows better but yet develop the characters in depth. though i'm ranting but i'm still thankful that they've decided to remake this wonderful anime. but i guess reading the manga could make up for the loss in the anime.

anyway, learning japanese hasnt been the very right choice as it is clearly eroding my knowledge on korean. and i get really CONFUSED. but looking beyond the endless quizzes, tests, and homework, japanese is a great language to learn as i feel like i'm closer to the anime characters. lol.
